The flavor was peanut, yeast, bread and moderate sweetness. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Very pleasant.

+++ aged for 9 months in Wigle Rye barrel +++ Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized foamy orange-tan head that left good lacing. The aroma was strong whiskey, dark fruit, red wine and toasty malts. The flavor was strong whiskey and molasses followed by cherry, raisin, fig, wood, tobacco and brown sugar. Incredibly long finish. Full bodied and smooth. Incredible!
