Cask at McFleshmans, 7.6.21. Not a true Collab. McFleshmans has the only open fermenter in town and they allowed Stone Arch to use it. Hazy dark red, large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of toast, cinnamon, caramel, mild lemony funk. Taste is stone fruit, caramel, sweet strawberry. Very mild lingering tartness. Bright and clean, which I think is the main difference from the regular beer. Nice.

Keg at the brewery, 3/30/21. Clear gold large tan head fair retention. Aroma of toffee and maple. Taste is maple, toffee, cider apple. Medium bodied crisp. Almost too sweet but balanced well enough. Thanks KG!

Keg at the brewery yesterday, 1/26/21. Bright, well balanced. Lots of lime, pale malt, mild salt. Nicely reminiscent of the cocktail.

Keg at the brewery yesterday, 1/26/21. Nice beer. Roasty, hoppy. But for a black IPA could use more hops. More like a stout. A bit thin.

12 ounce can from McFleshman's, 12/19/20. Clear copper, large frothy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of toffee, soapy hops. Taste is cherry, toffee, tea leaves. Medium bodied, crisp. Decent.

Bottle thanks to Drake! Gotta get a sour out early for less chance of acid as I sleep. Pink, hint of haze, 3 floaties, dusting of a head. Berry - raspberry, cranberry, tart nose. Lemon zest, raspberry, cranberry... oh, I see, there's orange too - but I don't get that in the flavor at all, light bread crust.

Bottle thanks to Drake. I'm mourning the end of my vacation. Hazy brown with a dusting of a head. Chocolate, toasted nuts, caramel nose. Caramel, coffee, cocoa, toasted nuts, brownie. Somewhat simple, but pretty tasty.

Bottle thanks to Drake! Murky orange, somewhat juicelike, dusting of a white head. Mango, peach/apricot, orange peel nose. Orange-flavored aspirin, mango, vanilla, lactose. Long lingering aspirin taste. I don't like it. Sure, I'd drink this over a Miller High Life, but it's not good. Nearly flat: no dates on this bottle but looking at Drake's review it's not old. They can't all be winners.

Bottle thanks to Drake! Nearly black with a dusting of a tan head. Cola, chocolate, roasted malt, coffee nose. Coffee, milk chocolate, cola, cream... smooth and clean.

Bottle thanks to Drake! Damnit. I had high hopes and then saw Drake's review. Pours nearly black with a small tan head. The aroma is quite nice - it smells like a fresh, sweet, bad-for-you cinnamon roll. I can almost peel the roll away... Flavor is cinnamon roll (cinnamon, vanilla, pastry, caramel), but slightly burnt - Drake is right - it's a bit much. It's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be based on his review - and at least it's not that awful ST base. This is somewhat enjoyable, but also somewhat too much.
