Unity Brewing Co was founded in 2016 by Jimmy Hatherley, after seven years in the industry and a passion for yeast-driven beers - from soft and juicy New England IPAs to the rustic, crisp and refreshing farmhouse ales of Belgium.

Our brewing methods focus on elevating humble ingredients to create something greater than the sum of its parts. Always unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised, our beers are natural, flavourful and vegan friendly.

Can at Ghost Whale, Brixton. Piney herbal aroma. Hazy pale amber-orange. Thick frothy white head . Medium bitter. Light bitter with a big dose of stone fruit so a sweet edge as well as some sourness. Light bodied but slick. Average carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. Very drinkable stuff.
