Had this at the harmony inn. Aroma detectable from a mile away. Yummy yummy perfume on the nose. I need to get my wife some of this to put on her neck! Pale clear yellow. Taste is so good. There is some cinnamon in there, but just enough to let you know its there, never over the top in the cinny. Just a tad tart with strawberry fer sure. Never artificial. I’m going to buy a bottle of this stuff! Sooo good, soooo satisfying. This may be the best apis I’ve had so far. Even tho its not as viscous as the old country meads, this stuff ROCKS!

Sampled at Pipers this mead poured a bright yellow color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was musty and sweetish with a bubblegum and an odd herbal/perfumey note. The flavor was sweetish and yeasty with notes of apple, bubblegum and again the odd perfumey presence - almost chamomile. Medium length finish. Medium body. Alcohol well controlled. Disappointing.

Poured a light honey color with a small soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet strawberry jam and soy sauce. The flavor was sweetish with strong balsamic vinegar and strawberry. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Sampled from a bottle this mead poured a dark plum color with no head and no lacing. The aroma was sweetish and medicinal - reminding me of pepto bismol with a berry note underneath. The flavor was medicine, pepto bismol and berry. Medium length finish. Medium body and flat. Very disappointing.

Sampled on draft at Piper’s Pub this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a trace white head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet fruit cocktail. The flavor was tangy and sweet with artificial sugar, peach, apricot and Slush Puppy. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied but undercarbonated. Tasty.
