The taste is snappy herbal, grassy and floral hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness, well balanced.

From the July 3R6P tasting. +++ Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-amber color with a medium sized soapy off white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy pine and grapefruit. The flavor was tangy and bitter pine, grapefruit, bread and a touch of honey. The finish was long and tangy pine and grapefruit. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a slightly hazy golden color with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was strongly tart and almost chalky with lemon, and perfumey notes. The flavor was tangy, nutty, bready and had a moderately strong citric and perfumey hop presence. The finish was long tart citrus and perfume. Light to medium body. Well done.
