Growler thanks to Dallas. Pours a cloudy reddish brown color with a medium white head. A light spicy malty nose. The flavor is caramel, big banana esters, spicy rye, more banana and fruit, mellow bitterness. Quite good as always with Bohemian. Thanks to the hook up Barlow!

Mug at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a large white head. A sweet banana nose, some oak. Sweet, banana, pepper, rich fruit, dusty yeast. Very good.

On at the brewpub. Pours a deep bright red and brown color with a large white head. A big nutty nose with some fruit. A big flavor, very rich, malty goodness, nuts, chocolates, dark fruit, dry at times. Excellent. What can i say? Bohemian is on quite a roll!

After nearly dying on Little Cottonwood in a blizzard, I needed a beer. It was 11 am on Sunday, Bohemian is a good call. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. A nice nose of big honey touched malts. The flavor is really interesting: the core of a sweet massive malty Bock is here, honey, quite crisp balance at times from continental hops. Very clean and smooth. Good beer.
