Marcus Bezuhly along with family and friends opened Edge Brewing Co. in the spring of 2014. From the very start there was a strong emphasis on perfecting the craft of beer while also paying attention to the atmosphere and cuisine. Here at Edge we strive to listen and cultivate a relationship between our customers and staff in order to constantly innovate the pub experience. Our well trained chefs take pub grub to another level in the kitchen! We were featured on Man vs Food for our Over The Edge Burger and continue to provide consistently delicious craft food. Our brewers are always working hard to provide a excellent selection of craft beers sure to please your palate. Beer staples as well as new and creative recipes are always flowing here at Edge. Cultivating a following over the last 5 years the pub continues to impress the locals and is a favorite destination for tourist. On tap at Bier:Thirty pours a foggy light yellow pale beige with a thin wispy soapy head. Light breads pale malts and hop flavors and aromas are papery and grassy. Lacking the fresh tropical or fruity notes of better examples. Dry clean finish and fairly bitter.

On tap at the brewery pours out a pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is grassy hops and some light grain spice. Taste is more of the sweet grain malts and a little grass.

On tap at the brewery pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet milk chocolate some vanilla and ash. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate vanilla notes and ash.

On tap at the brewery pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is chemicals a odd stone fruit and grain. Taste is more of the chemical not good.

On tap at the brewery pours out a crisp clean straw color topped with a white head. Nose is classic floral hops some citrus and cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice floral hops citrus and light malt.

On Tap at BitterCreek Foggy light pale yeloow light beige. Thin ring of bubbles. Pale soft light malts, some deep woody bitterness and a clean dry finish. Interesting

On tap at the Boise BP clear clean copper light amber with a thin off white head. Very nice aromas of light toasted and carmelized sugars. Mellow light flavors, smooth and fairly light bodied. Subtle hop bitterness and smooth almost brandy like palate. Quite good.

On tap at the Boise BP pours a clear light yellow orange. Full tight white head. Strong clean sharp hop aromas and flavors. Citrus pithy and perfumey smooth medium bodied Pungent and biting

Bomber picked up from the brewery. Bright golden pour with small creamy head, lacing all the way down. Citrusy aroma, oranges. Taste brings the classic malt and hops combo, not overly bitter with some full malry flavors. Pretty damn good
