On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom slight haze on this very light pale yellow beer. Nice firm lasting off white head and sheets of thin lacing, Big fresh hop aromas, a little musty and nobleish grassy and piney in the later flavors. Nice light and dry.

On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Clear golden light brown. Thin wispy off white head and spotty lacing. .Classic toasted malt aroma. Dry clean light malty flavors. Crisp finish. Firm hop bite. A nice bold example of a style I don't typically love.

Draft @ Edge. Pours an amber orange color with a thick finger of creamy white head. Rich aroma of citrus and floral hops, lightly herbal, a little bit sweet. Good fresh hop flavors of citrus and pine. Light herbal, iced tea notes. Good blend of sweet to bitter. Coming in at 9% this was potent, but hidden. Well done.

Draft @ Edge. Yellow pour with a modest white head. Smells like ripe cucumbers with light grassy and floral hops. Gets lost in the taste; more cucumbers, but an odd astringent bitterness. Had higher hopes for this, glad I only did the taster.

Draft @ Edge. Light golden brown color with a small white head. Aroma is light and airy; faint roast, grass, and grains. Tastes lightly sweet with modest bitterness. Bready malt and grass, a light floral edge. Not as malty as some of the other altbiers I’ve had, but overall it was good.
