Tap @ Edge. Slightly darker golden pour than the house saison, high clarity, and a sliver of a short lived head. Slight rosey hue. More emphasis on the florals in the nose and a little bit less malty. Same in the taste. I liked this more than the house saison and having had them back to back it’s hard not to rate by comparison... Still, both are outside the boundaries of typical offerings in the style.

Tap @ Edge, found this to be a rather clear golden pour and a long lasting white cap. Light florals in the aroma and toasted malt. Not picking up the farmhouse vibe much, it seems a little doughy. Light florals, some cereal grains... it’s clean and quaffable, but not your typical saison.

On Tap at the Boise BP Clear deep golden witha scant brief head and only traces of lacing. Very faint pale llight malt aroma. Fairly bitter in a pilsener kind of way. If this is what rose hips tastes like...now I know.

On Tap at the Boise BP Cloudy pale golden. Nice persistant white head. Light golden malts slightly toasted. Pale pilenser malt flavors with some spicy yeast notes. A rather heavy and big saison. Not light and farmhousy as most. others.

On Tap at the Boise BP Clear bright yellow. Thin skin of what head. Light wheat flavors and very dry and crisp. Some lemon peal and a chemically note at the end. Some of the clssic german wheat notes sneak in but barely.

On Tap at the Boise BP cloudy golden with a quickly dissapating head. Lots of fruity belgian aromas and flavors. Dont notice the peppery notes or corriander Plenty of lemon and citrus. Lightly hopped, slightly sweet tasty

On tap at Albertsons. So far, so good, hitting all the right notes for an Imperial red. Pleasant aroma of equal parts malt and hops. Dark amber pour with creamy beige head. Taste favors the malt, but it is balanced by the hops for a relatively smooth brew.

On Tap clear deep golden with a persistant lasint off-white head. Agreed, mostly piney hop aroms and flavors. Moderate bitterness for an IPA Slightly harsh bite at the end

Growler from Albertsons. Huge foamy head, subsides to small creamy skin. Piney, resinous aroma, taste brings hops to full bore, plenty of bitterness for hop heads. Bitter through to the finish, which comes off as kind of metallic.

Tap @ Edge. Dark brown, near black color with a small brown head. Nose is hoppy, lots of pine bits in front of the toasted malt and cocoa. Same in the taste, lots of hops and piney comes to mind. Good roast level and minimal sweetness. Different than the norm, reminds me of the Stone Self Righteous Ale, and in a good way. I’d have this again.
