On tap at the BP hazy golden with a thin fleeting white head. Some web-like lacing. Very mild soft light malt flavor and the characteristic Belgian yeast notes. Definately Belgo but light and mild.

Tap @ BP. Dark brown pour with a thin ring of brown head. Mildy sweet nose of barrel and roast. The barrel aging is not overly strong, rather mild in fact, and the creaminess of the stout is a nice touch. Smooth and easy, but unfortunately unmemorable.

Tap @ BP. Brown color with a small ring of beige head. The nose is sweet; mocha, cocoa, and nuts. Seemingly coconut in the taste. I had a sampler and then a pint; the coconut was not as evident in the pint. Still a nice blend of roast, cocoa, and mocha. Moderate bitters. Good offering in the style.

Tap @ BP. Brown pour, on the murky side. A thin ring of beige head. Nose is mild, lightly sweet; milk chocolate, chocolate malt, light roast. Good use of the chocolate malt and not overly sweet. Light bitters. Nice.

Tap @ BP. Golden pour with nice clarity. Light ring of white head. Nose is mild citrus and floral, same in the taste, but with more intensity. Smooth and flavorful, a nice use of the hops. Creamy mouthful… a rich feel for an IPA. Good.

On tap at the Boise BP a hazy light yellow peach color with soapy white head and clumpy spotty lacing. Very nice fresh citrusy hop aroma and more of the sharper woody bitterness in the flavors. Solid

On Tap at the Boise BP Black with no real head or lacing. Light roasted aromas and flavors. Soft woody notes, just a trace of the whiskey flavors. Soft and smooth, low bitterness and well attenuated for a light/medium body.

On Tap at the Boise BP Deep dark brown with a fleeting for a moment tan head. OK, call it none. Mostly chocolate aromas, Moderate rostiness, none of the sour tang that a lot of Porters have. Dark caramel and some roasted flavors. But very smooth and soft. Nice and low on the bitterness.
