very good, back of the palate IPA. 60 IBUs are nothing to scoff at, especially for an inaugural beer from a brand new brewery. good job.

Tap at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, New Orleans, LA, USA. Pours (in a plastic cup) interestingly pale blonde, partially transparent, with minimal fine white foam. Aroma is almost inexistent, vaguely citrus. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately sweet. Final is average.
