Great Raft Brewing is a Shreveport, Louisiana based craft brewery dedicated to making creative, authentic beer and helping to build a great beer culture within communities it serves. Co-founders Andrew and Lindsay Nations are Shreveport natives with a passion for beer. Born from their desire to bring exciting, flavorful, fresh craft beer to their hometown, Great Raft Brewing is bringing the craft brewing tradition to Northern Louisiana.

Bomber from Tavour. Almost black pour, beige head reduces to collar. Aroma greets you upon opening. Malty, sweet, brown sugar, bourbon. Sweetness arrives first in the taste, sugary boozy flavors, roast malts. Smooth and strong, with a lingering buzz. Blown away by this.

7 oz pour on draft at Snallygaster 2018. 10,000th unique beer on Untappd. Dark brownish black with tan head. Aromas of bourbon, dark chocolate, oak. Tastes of coconut, bourbon, dark chocolate. Full body with a dry finish.

Draft at Snallygaster DC 2018. Poured a dark, nearly pitch black color, wth a small off-white, light tan head. Aroma was lots of barrel - bourbon, kind of rum spice even if it isn't actually rum (no clue either way). Boozy, but smooth.
