4 oz pour on draft at Caboose. Clear yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, biscuit, citrus. Tastes of toasty notes, biscuit, citrus, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish. More on the toasty biscuity side of IPAs.

Vanilla Hobo Stout from Caboose Brewing Company

4 oz pour on draft at Caboose. Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of vanilla and chocolate. Tastes of big vanilla and caramel, some roast. Medium body with a dry finish. Wouldn’t consider this an imperial stout personally but it’s very nice, could definitely be one of my go to beers here.

4 oz pour on draft at Caboose. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, light wheat. Tastes of orange and grapefruit citrus, floral notes, light wheat. Medium body with a dry finish. One of the favorites of the night.

Pint pour at the brewery. Poured a golden orange color with a small white head. Aroma was some light herbal, earthy notes. Touch of sweetness, earthy hops. Some light juicy notes, a touch dusty. Not bad, but not as juicy as I had hoped it would be.

The Conductor Hefeweizen from Caboose Brewing Company

Full draft pour at the brewery. Poured a very cloudy golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was heavy on the banana and cloves. Flavor contains banana, cloves. Lots of wheat notes. Interesting. Enjoyable, though perhaps not my totally my thing.

Citra Session IPA from Caboose Brewing Company

Fully draft pour at the brewery. Poured a very lightly hazy golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was nice orange peel notes. Delicious citrus notes. Very juicy, tropical fruits. Solid beer. Not a lot of wheat on this one.

On draft at the brewery. Pours black with a tan head. Coffee nose. Flavors of vanilla with a hint of licorice. Slightly burnt bitter finish.
