First day open! Poured a light copper color w/ a large white head, slowly dissipated. Aroma was citrus hops, juicy hops, light malts. Flavor had a touch of pine, nice juicy citrus character. Quite a good start.

First day open! Poured a moderately hazy amber color with a small white head (definitely got the bottom of the keg, but whatever!). Aroma is citrus hops, touch of pine notes. Flavor had decent malt balance which was nice. Good first effort. Alcohol pretty well hidden for 8.5%.

First day open to the public! This one poured a redish amber color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was sweet malts, a touch of residual brown sugar notes. Touch of sweet malt character. Okay. --- Beer merged from original tick of Rambler Maibock on 28 Mar 2018 at 17:52 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5. Original review text: Draft at Caboose Brewing. Poured a clear light copper color with a small, foamy, slightly off-white head. Aroma was sweet malt, light grassy notes. Sweetness comes through, but not sickly sweet. Lagering character really shines here. Finishes with a little nutty toasted malt.
