12 ounce bottle. Pours a pitch black color with a medium beige head. A big sugary honey and licorice nose. Roast, dark fruit, not really sweet though, more charred hot wood, whiskey, lots of heat. Ashy licorice. Very good, the ABV is a bit high though for most people. I’m a hedonist though:)

Bottle share. Extremely pale golden body, spotty head. Aroma is yeast and cheese. Taste tries hard to find the Saison zone, and misses. Sour notes ruin it.

Bottle share. Clear golden, small soapy head. Astringent hoppy aroma. Taste also favors the hops, but still had a nice malt bill in the background. Overall a decent IPA.
