Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dishwater perry with little head. Mild citrus cider aroma. Flavor is citrus, orange (sort of), and cider for background. It’s mildly sweet orange (probably blood orange) citrus. Finishes that way. Not over the top. Clearly not simply flavored. Quite drinkable.
