On tap at Crooked City Cider House, pours a clear red with a small white head. Aroma sort of smells like a sangria; there's some gentle blackberry and a touch of mango. Flavour is boozy, with lots of sangria-like notes—lots of red wine, with subtle mango. Not convincing as a cider, but I guess it's drinkable.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear perry color. Foamy white head with tiny bubbles in it. Aroma seems to have green guava and a hint of apple skin. Not much going on. Heading for med body. Flavor is apple and a suggestion of green guava. Pineapple? If tart counts, could be. Dry. Did someone suggest muddled? It's ok, but would be more acceptable if the label didn't promise so much.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours towards perry color with white smear/bubbles. Aroma is nice ginger - like a soft ginger ale. Med body or so. It starts firmly ginger, but the peach sneaks in after a bit. It is not really sweet, nor is it not sweet. This is a very good tasting cider, and everyone should try it.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours bright, clear gold with some white bubbles. Nice apple aroma; slightly earthy; not getting skin. Med body. Flavor is slightly, slightly skin tangy; a bit earthy; more meat than skin. Dry. There's a lingering finish that might deserve the term mildly bitter, but earthy seems more appropriate.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours rosé with a white smear. Mild red berry aroma. Med body or close. Flavor is skin/tannic with definite red berry. Somehow the name and the berries make me think pomegranate, but ... It’s quite dry, and it is very pleasing. Not a lot of berry, but enough to make this cider somewhat a standout and fairly tasty.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours light perry color with a dispersed white smear. Aroma of appleskin and lemon. Near med body - more so than many ciders. Flavor is pretty much tart appleskin, tho I think there’s some lemon swanning around the background. Dry. Skin bitter. Nice.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours bright roséwith a slight white head. Aroma seems a floral cranberry mix. Med minus body. Flavor is mildly tart, yet a bit sweet. Flavor is a strange mix of mild cranberry, cider and something that must be elderflower. Finishes a bit on the cranberry/tart side. Good summer drink.
