Tap at Cap Tap. Pours purple/red. Could have been slung around at the Red Wedding. Blackberry aroma. Like blackberry jam aroma. Near med body. It’s not dry; it’s not bitter; it’s blackberry. Leaves sugar on my lips. There’s a bit of apple in the finish. Pretty tasty cider.

Bomber from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours a near perry color with a transient, fizzy white head. Interesting apple aroma. Med body, nearly. It starts dry, gets quite astringent, and then somehow generates detectable sugar. I’m voting for dry, or at least 90% dry. Drinks very crisp and clean.
