On tap at Republic 7C. Pours a clear mellow pale yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a rich earthy and dry apple note with a touch of acid underlying. Flavor has a nice combination of dry and acidic apple with just a touch of sweetness.

On tap at Town Hall Brewpub. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly and immediately. Aroma is mainly sweet apples with a hint of tartness and dryness. Flavor is quite sweet with sweet apple throughout, a bit sugary.
