Sampled from the tap at First Draft MN. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy dry apple with just a hint of sweetness supporting. Flavor has lots of dry apple with a slight earthy grass note in the finish.

Sampled from the cask at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear extremely pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Flavor is full of sweet apple with some bourbon and a bit of candied apple in the finish.

On tap at Republic, pours a clear pale golden with a tnt head. Aroma brings out plenty of crisp apples and a nice barrel aged character. Flavour is complex, with the oak barrels showing up at the front, followed by red apples, light acidity and moderate sweetness. Complex and harmonious. Top-tier cider.

On tap at Republic. Pours a clear gold with visible carbonation but no head. Aroma has a dry and earthy apple combination with only a hint of sweetness underlying. Flavor has a nice dry apple throughout with a hint of earthiness backing.
