Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has notes of bitter pine and grapefruit as well as a light grain backbone. Flavor starts with grass and a bit of light citrus but finish is mainly resin with a touch of sweet grain backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dome sweet citrus and grass with an earthy grain backbone. Flavor has more of a grassy note with a bit of pine and a grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber gold with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a sharp citrus note that is slightly bitter with some grass and grain notes underlying. Flavor starts with sweet citrus that transitions quickly to more of a bitter citrus with grass and grain backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aromà has notes of sweet dark grains with a good amount of roast and a touch of smoke. Flavor has a nice combination of sweet dark grains, roasted malts and a growing smokiness.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma combines sweet wheat with a hint of honey and sweet wheat with a hint of light fruit. Flavor has more earthy wheat with a honey backing.

Sampled at ABR 2014. Moderately roasted grain and malt aromas. Smooth plate, like their other porter, and vanilla flavor. Simple and good. It would be ok with me if the vanilla were more prominent.

Shared with gmellison. Reddish brown appearance with a cream colored head. Dusty, caramel, grassy, lightly fruity aroma. A bit doughy, caramel, bready, tangerine flavor. Eh.

On tap @ Northbound. Pours a hazy reddish brown appearance with a thin tan head. Fairly sweet, caramel, somewhat nutty, mild dark fruity aroma. A touch burnt, brown sugar, quite sweet, caramel flavor. Too sweet.

On tap @ Northbound. Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with a cream colored head. Tangerine, citrusy, sweet caramel, Slightly herbal, fairly sweet aroma. Somewhat boozy, big goopy, sweet malty, caramel, toffee flavor. Pretty good.
