On tap at Burger Bar Mandalay Bay. Pours a very dark brown with medium creamy beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast and dark chocolate. Medium mouth, rich malt, roast, chocolate, nuts, light dry finish, very good.

Sample at the taproom. Copper-colored pour with a thin white head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, herbal yeast and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrus, grassy hops and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity up front with an herbal hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Medium-bodied with flavors of roast malt, bittersweet chocolate and mild chili peppers. The finish is malty up front with a peppery aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Pours a slightly hazy reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, basil and malt. Light to medium body with a strong spicy basil character with notes of hops and bready malt behind it. The finish is sweet with a basil and hops aftertaste. Almost too much, but decent overall.
