0.5 liter draft at Pedal Haus Brewery in Tempe, Arizona. The pour is a clear golden copper reddish with a minimal light tan head. The aroma is toasted malt, with a softly sweet caramel and dry grass. The taste is a clean fresh malt, toasted cracker and the grass and soft sweet towards the dry back. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and the dry clean softly sweet finish. Really clean and easy drinking Oktoberfest.
