(tap) clear pale gold colour, small white head; aroma - starts with a whiff of honey and then disappears to a hint of malts; balanced and clean but simple flavour with long medium bitter finish. Not really a pilsner, but not bad.

Draft @ FoBAB 2009, Chicago, IL. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and bourbon aroma. Roasted malty grainy rye and chocolate flavor with some hints of bourbon and vanilla. Has a roasted malty grainy rye finish with hints of chocolate and bourbon in the aftertaste.
