On tap at Blasted Barley, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is very faint on the mint, with a touch of cocoa. Flavour is similar, but with a bit more mint, followed by light toasted malt. Not too impressive. Thin and weak. Meh.

On tap at Blasted Barley, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma is quite vegetal, with some weird herbal notes. Flavour is similarly vegetal and herbal, with boiled cabbage and no tropical fruitiness. What the hell? This isn't good.

On tap at Blasted Barley, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal malts and a little straw. Flavour is along the same lines, with straw and cereal graininess. Nothing special but it works decently enough. Meh.

On tap at Blasted Barley, pours a hazy copper amber with a small beige head. Aroma and flavour of toasted bready malt, a touch of caramel and toffee. Flavour is a bit sweeter than the aroma suggests. Nicely made amber.

On tap at Blasted Barley, pours a clear dull copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry piney hops, biscuity malt and slight metallic notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with metallic notes, piney hops and dry toasted biscuity malt. Bone dry and with a nice hoppy astringency on the finish. Solid stuff.

Tap. Pours hazy deep Amber, medium beige head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, dark bread, rye. Flavor is medium sweet, twangy, light plus bitter. Medium body. Not bad.

Taste courtesy of Ian, on release day, thank you sir! Hazy reddish amber color, thick beige head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of fruitcake and banana, cranberry is subtle. Taste has tart cranberry that complements banana and citrus, soft roast, and a lightly bitter finish. Well done.
