Poured up on tap at The State Bar where it exhibits a lightly hazy copper body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up grassy hops, herbal hops and some pine like hoppiness. The taste is thick and deep with oddly rich grassy herbal hops heading into a pleasing pine hop resiny bitterness. To midway it gets a little mint like. Interesting brew where there’s no shortage of hops and resiny hoppiness. It is good but comes up short of being harmonious.
