Description
It all started with brothers Carl and Mark Nolen and Brewmaster Kirby Nelson. Three Wisconsin born-and-raised regular guys who share a passion for the Badger State - its friendly people, bountiful resources, rich brewing heritage - and the idea that drawing on all of the above is the key to creating some really awesome beer.
We started brewing in August of 2013, setting off a perpetual motion machine of new brew creations that show no sign of stopping. Our top brands include Badger Club Amber, Red Arrow American Pale Ale, Chocolate Lab Porter, Yankee Buzzard IPA, Beer Frame Pilsner, Betray Ale, S'Wheat Caroline, Patron Saint Oktoberfest, Porter Joe, Wiskator and Depth Charge Scotch Ale.
Come and enjoy a pint (or two) afterwards in our Tap Room or Backyard Bar. We have free, outdoor concerts every Friday night from May through September, and other fun events throughout the year. Our Brewery is kid and dog-friendly. We do not offer food service, but outside food is welcome.

12oz bottle. Murky amber-orange body. Thin, oily head. US Amber-Saison just sounds like a bad idea. Has some farmhouse-esque yeast tones I suppose. The amber malt is not overbearing, but the end product is. Tastes kind of like a sub-par Belgian Amber, whereas the Zenith was a little more refined in its style. Unique enough product, but donβt see myself going back for more.

12oz bottle. Hazy yellow-orange-tan body. Foamy white head. Peppery, spicy yeast tones. Pretty tolerable for a "session" Saison. Clove, coriander. Medium bodied, pretty drinkable. A touch thin, lacks much depth..but at the same time is a little more grounded than most US Saisons. OK.

Light-bodied with flavors of spicy hops, biscuit malt and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
