We are a microbrewery that brings gastro pub-style eats and an intimate, engaging experience to the Benson neighborhood. We have a beer for everyone and we welcome you and your group to come in to sample our mainstays or brewhop between our small-batch and seasonal taps.

4 oz. sampled at the source. Tan lasting head. Aroma is pretty nice; coffee, roast, and light lactose. Flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma, coffee bean right up front with a vanilla and roasted finish.
My only complaint is the thinner body. If the Brewer could beef up the body, this would be killer.

Sampled at the source. Deep brown in color, thin lasting head. Aroma is light barley, weak roast. Ok... Flavor is very light. The body is thin and watery. Not offensive or rank but just not much here.

Draft at the source. Clear in color orange, thin lasting head. Aroma is light fruity hops, grains. Flavor have a very spicy rye backbone with hop are in fact subdued as the Brewer described. Lighter body with a mild spicy finish. Overall ok.

Draft sample, from notes. hazy to cloudy yellow color, thick white head. Aroma of light lemon. Taste is lightly tart citrus. Easy drinking. No need for optional syrups.

Draft. A- Citrus, soap, hoppy. A- Golden color, clear liquid, white head. T- Lemon pez, candy, bitter, citrus, sugary sweetness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish. O- A very nice candy like sweetness and lemon that balances out the bitterness and creates a smooth and drinkable beer.
