Growler from the source, brought back by my dad. Pours a clear, dark amber with a ruby hue. Aroma of caramel and something slightly floral. Taste is light bitter. Floral and herbal to start with a nice caramel finish. Dank grains throughout. Light bodied with a relatively thin texture. Soft carbonation and a long finish. Palate is definitely off here but I wont deduct any points due to it being growlerized. Overall, pretty good. Alcohol is absolutely, dangerously hidden. Pretty sure I could get a real nice boost if I were drinking this at the brewpub.
