Bottle 330ml.Light unclear medium yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, spicy yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart yeast - hops, citrus tart, yeasty, grass, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20131012]

Very lively out of the bottle. Somewhat overcarbonated. Spicy, yeasty aroma with a touch of citrus. Flavour has some fruity hops but they struggle against the strong yeasty, spicy flavours.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and light toasted malty. Smooth fruity, peachy and mild citric. Lingering fruity. Carbonated, a wee bit too much. Fruity and yeasty finish.

Bottled, BB 21-02-2015, batch 143, large sample. Clear golden color, medium rocky off-white head, some tiny debris. Aroma of spicy belgian yeast, some orange and tangerine. Bit sweet taste, quite dry, hint of alcohol, slight bitter. Finish is slightly metallic, which is a bummer because the rest is pretty good actually.

Re-rate from bottle Feb 27th 2014: totally sucked. Tasted like a sour saison. 2.7 max. Not at all like I remembered it. -- First rate: Draught @ Burg bieren. Hazy blond color, small to medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, light to moderately grapefruit, a touch of fruitpeel and pretty bitter. Bitter finish, a bit dry, medium body, medium carbonation. Nice! [Original rate from draught: 8-3-8-3-15=3.7]
