Cask at the St. Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2017. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of hop, citrus, flowers and sweet malt. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry, sweet fruity finish.

Cask gravity at the St Albans BEER festival 2016. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is big juicy citrus, tropical, orange, rubber, sticky resinous hop. Flavour is composed of perfume sticky citrus, orange, juicy citrus orange, candied orange peel. Punchy bitterness. Palate is sticky resinous hop, moderate carbonation. Pretty good.

Cask gravity at the St Albans BEER festival 2016. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is rough grassy wet hop, sweet bready grains. Raw damp grains on the nose . Flavour is raw grains, husks, grassy rough round the edges. Grassy. Palate is semi sweet vanilla, grainy, a bit young.

Gravity cask at St Albans festival. This is one of the beers brewed specially for the festival’s 20th anniversary. Hazy golden amber color. Aroma of light citrus and tropical fruit. Taste has mixed pineapple and tropical fruit, dry finish. Very tasty.
