Square One Brewery & Distillery began operations as a Brewery & Restaurant in February of 2006. We strive to produce the highest quality and unique flavors that are not likely to be found in the large volume production of most beer and spirits today. On tap @ the brewery during RBSG. Pours a dark orangish brown appearance with a light creamy brown head. Grapefruit, Smarties / candy, piney nose. Lots of hops in the aroma. Slightly watery body. Caramel / syrupy, candy, slightly citrusy flavor. A bit strong. I didn’t enjoy this one too much.

On tap @ the brewery during RBSG. Pours a copper appearance with an off white head. Slightly soapy aroma with some caramel and a bunch of white fruits like apple and pear. The flavor is very sweet with lots of caramel, some floral notes, and apples. Kind of a bizarre version with too many estery notes.
