Sample at Great Taste of the Midwest, 8/12/23. New brewery! Brewery # 2201, USA # 1797, WI # 207. Hazy orange, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of grapefruit, mango. Taste is grapefruit, mango, pale malt. Moderate bitterness.

On tap at GTOM. Pours a cloudy copper with medium beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is oak, dark fruit, rye bourbon, leather. Slick body, leather, dark fruit, funky, dry, boozy finish, very good.

Great Taste of the Midwest 2017.Red color. Whiskey in the aroma. Moderately sour in a Flanders style. Very low carbonation. I am not sure the Templeton barrel added very much to this beer, unless they were aiming for a light whiskey addition. Good.
