Keg at Hopcat Madison, 8/15/16. Clear copper, thin creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pale bready malt, spicy ginger. The taste is fresh ginger, citrus, pale bready malt. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

When I first opened the can I got a whiff of strong ganja hops, but that quickly went away. Now it has an aroma of malt, tea and some toffee. Flavor is more bitter than sweet some malt and Tea not too complex has a long bitter finish. High points in the bitterness count against it in the body. Okay beer nothing special.

Not a bad beer just on its own but as a an effort at blending two different styles of beers I think I bombed. Had a small head that quickly faded la. Color is amber. Aroma is spicy fruity and cleaning solvent. Flavor is malty and Bittersweet with a long bitter finish. Pardon the two tenses but Android speech-to-text also bombs.

Infected versions aren’t really desirable, but the lacto tones work well here. Sweet caramel brown malt ones. Pretty nice accident I suppose. Smooth and drinkable, the lacto is restrained at this point. OK.

Tap at Sidedoor. Oddball mint chocolate aroma. Unfiltered deep brown black body. Foamy beige head. Not so bad for a Mobcraft beer, but certainly wouldn’t want a full bomber/ Overly sweet, dull body, unattenuated feel. Sweet, sugary, wort notes. The mint is restrained enough to remain drinkable. Within sight of OK.

Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours a hazy earthy amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy citrus with a bit of grass and a light grain backbone. Flavor has more citrus with some grass, juniper and a bit of light grain supporting.

Black. I cranberry, some vanilla, chocolate. Good carbonation so!e spice this is good.lots of bourbon and fruit in the finish.

Bottle thanks to Karl. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is corn malt, honey, caramel. Medium mouth feel, light maple, honey, wheat, very sweet, not much smoke on this.
