Very interesting. Complex, with molasses and brown sugar, but I get mostly tartness. Dark. Free sample from the deer's mouth.

Really intriguing brew! Tons of spruce, making this piney, spicy and floral. My third sahti. The brewer made a newer one under the moniker Radix which is fantastic.
