Description
One World Brewing is a small-batch hand-craft nano-brewery and ale house located at 10 Patton Ave in Downtown Asheville (in the basement beneath Farm Burger). We have a 1.5 Barrel system with 10 fermenters in constant rotation. There are 10 taps at the ale house which feature 1 local cider and 9 rotating OWB taps offering a large variety of different beer styles from around the world.

Our mission at One World is to inspire our community and our region to participate and get involved with solutions to environmental and political issues that effect us all. Over a wide range of truly unique and delicious beers we can come together and figure out how to change the world for the better, one revolutionary idea at a time! "Positive Change Starts With You!"

On draft at the brewery in Ashville. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of grass and citrus. Juicy citrus finish.

Draft at the source. Cloudy straw color, thin white head. Aroma of pineapple and citrus. Taste is very earthy, almost dank citrus. Tasty.

Keg at the brewpub, 16/02/15. Hazed amber/chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is toffee, spice, biscuit, light yeast esters, nutty tones, dark fruit rinds. Taste comprises more Belgian yeast characteristics, hint of cocoa, toffee, clove, light spice. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok Belgian strong.

Keg at the brewery, 16/02/15. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose carries light perfumed notes, caramel, bitter citric peel, grapefruit, light pine. Taste comprises bitter citric shreds, grapefruit, tangerine, lick of booze. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Ok DIPA, doesn’t quite hit the high notes but an approachable number for the style.

Keg at the brewpub, Asheville, 16/02/15. Clear golden orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is juicy hops, melon, straw, orange pith. Taste comprises bitter orange, tangerine, light bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a subtle hoppy wash. Ok APA.

Keg at the brewpub, Asheville, 16/02/15 listed @4.8%. Lightly hazed pale golden blonde with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malt, orange, light pissy citric notes, straw, hint of apricot. Taste comprises orange pith, lemon rind, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad for a keg GB.
