Keg at the taproom, 16/02/15. Light black with a decent tan covering. Nose is light coffee notes, roasted malt, chocolate, toffee. Taste comprises coffee grinds, vanilla, chocolate, dark malts. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stout, over carbed which lets it down a few notches for me.

Keg at the brewpub, 16/02/15. Lightly hazed orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is rather muted, pale malts, satusuma, straw, light vomit. Taste comprises carmael, orange pith, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with faint hop notes. Not great, a rather golden blonde-esque affair with a hint of pike!

Location: Draft at One World, 1/3/15
Aroma: The aroma is roasted malts and coffee, chocolate, and a little dry, hoppy notes
Appearance: Pours a dark brown color with a thick head and some heavy lace
Flavor: The flavor is actually pretty nice, dry and roast, coffee, roast, and some hop flavors
Palate: The body is medium, with a nice mouthfeel, and a soft carbonation
Overall Impression: This was probably my favorite beer at One World. I didn't get much coconut, but otherwise, this is an enjoyable roasted porter. Sessionable for sure.

Location: Draft at One World, 1/3/15
Aroma: It has a fruity aroma that is fairly light on yeast/spice for the style
Appearance: It pours a cloudy gold color, with some light lace, and a small head
Flavor: Tastes along the same lines as the nose, not particularly balanced, with a sweet finish
Palate: It has a light body, with a soft carbonation, and a decent mouthfeel and finish
Overall Impression: This one came off as just not hitting the style. It is a decent beer and all, but it feels too sweet, and it also feels like it falls short of what makes a saison really enjoyable.

Aroma: The nose is dark chocolate, with some roast, and a little smoke
Appearance: This one pours a dark brown color, with a small head, and medium lace
Flavor: The taste has a nice, smokey, chocolate flavor, and a fair amount of dryness
Palate: It has a medium-full body, with a soft carbonation, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: I enjoyed this one quite a bit. I felt like the strong sweetness was nicely balanced by the smoke and the dryness. This one made me think One World is on their way to making really good beer.

Location: Draft at One World, 1/3/15, Rating 4242!
Aroma: The aroma is roasted and burnt malts, coffee, a little chocolate
Appearance: Pours a dark brown color with a small head and some spotty lace
Flavor: Flavor follows suit, with heavy roast and burnt flavors, and minimal sweetness
Palate: It is medium bodied, leaning lighter, with an alright overall mouthfeel
Overall Impression: This is a decent enough Imperial Stout. Mostly roasted and burnt flavors come through over anything else.
