Just a tick from the Winn Dixie. Sold as Hard Amber Cider now, new label. Possibly the worst cider I’ve ever had, though I guess it isn’t a bad drink. Dull golden color, lifeless. Apple nose but tart and sweet flavors are a bit overhwhelming, alcohol is prominent, quite winey really - and in the end I’m left with the feeling I’ve just drunk some bum wine. But, on the bright side, this would rate highly compared to some bum wines.

Bottle. Sweet apple aroma. Clear gold, no head as standard for cider. Sweet tart commercial apple juice flavor. Light body, highly carbonated body. Just another apple alcopop.

Bottle: Pours clear, bubbly, orange-gold with a few, sparse, soapy head bubbles. Fresh, sweet apple and peel scent. Sweet, almost tart apple, sugar taste. Starts out bright and biting....but it’s just too sweet overall... Gets a little too clingy. Would like it much better if it was drier.

12oz bottle from the state store
Pours clear golden, no head or lacing. Mild aroma of apple juice and cardboard, flavors of tart apples with a dry finish
OK, but not a fan of this one.

Bottle same ABV listed as Hard Crisp Cider. I assume this is an alternate name or renaming, I will find out. Pours a clear yellow color with some bubbles. A light nose of floral apples. Sweet, at times quite sweet, some honeycrisp elements here, light vanilla. Dry at times. Good.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with small white head that quickly diminishes to nothing the aroma is apple and citrus. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet apple and tang. Easy to drink a good cider from Hornsbys.
