Keg at Violet Crown, 12/21/16. Clear dark amber, thin fizzy head. Aroma of overly sweet and intense pancake syrup with bits of cinnamon and sweet apple. The taste is cinnamon, spice, apples, maple. Medium bodied. Meh.

Bottle at the RateBeer DC Cider tasting. Clear whitish yellow with a little off-white head. Aromas of apples, herb, honey. Tastes of apples, champagne. Light body with a dry finish. High carbonation.

12oz bottle at Cock & Bowl. Poured a clear golden orange color with no head, wispy white head disappears immediately, if that. Aroma is icing, vanilla, cinnamon, light carrot cake. Pumpkin gourd is there, I think. It’s sweet, but not sickly sweet which is pretty nice to be honest. Wife *hated* it.

12oz bottle pours a hazy greenish good with no head. Nose has lemon and apple juice, mild candy, apple skins. Flavor has a little out of place baking spice, then green apple skins, some hand lotion. Spritzy finish.

Fresh peach and ginger nose, with earthy potting soil notes, good strength. Hazy pale yellow, greenish hue. Earthy ginger, perhaps a little perfumey, apple and peach, tangy. Medium body, soft carbonation. I really like this a lot. It is probably difficult to pair with food, but it’s a wonderful combination of flavors and aromas.
