deep golden color, stewed apples and cinnamon, soft hoppy nose. Mouth is very balanced and not overly aggressively hopped. But very deep flavors of passionfruit, cinnamon with a touch of caramel. Slightly bitter finish. Very rounded. Very nice.

Draft. A golden beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of wheat as well as lighter notes of yeast and cloves. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of perfume as well as medium notes of wheat. The body is light.

Bottle with an elaborate and unusual resealable closure. Orange, small white head. Some suspended particles. Aroma has mandarins, dough, candi sugar, pears, peaches, vanilla, cloves. Very sweet, then punchily spicy and a bit boozy. The sweetness is more fruit than sugar - oranges, kumquats, overripe peaches - and the yeast is pushed into the background. Spices include white pepper and coriander as well as cloves. There’s a spirity sharpness that goes along the finishing bitterness that’s not helpful to the harmony of the beer.
