Tap (advertised as Hugh Hefeweizen V). Strong spicy aroma - clove and light pepper with lighter banana aroma. Cloudy yellow amber color with moderate head. Spiciness dominates the flavor as well - primarily clove again with pepper, apple and banana notes. Nice beer but needs more oompf in its flavor.

Fully hazy yellow; little white head. Nose with banana, clove, bubblegum, plus something perfumey - but lemongrass? Taste is very soapy, banana but with an unbelievable rosewater-scented, soupy finish, including the mouthfeel which is over-velvety, like balm. LemonBALM 'stead -grass, maybe? Exotic. Interesting. Last time.
