Draft: Clear, dark brown with a creamy tan head. Chocolate, grains, light roast aroma. Flavour is sweet and rich chocolate malt, creamy...... a nice twist on a kolsch..... nice body and excellent taste..... really enjoyed this one.

Draft. Chocolate malt and hay aroma. Dark brown with small head. Moderately sweet chocolate biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Very nice flavor.

tap at Books & Brews in Carmel - Hazy amber pour. The aroma is of caramel malt with citrus and tropical fruit. The flavor is aggressively bitter with caramel and citrus. Medium bodied. Lingering bitter finish. Very good.

Draft. Cloudy deep yellow with a frothy white head, diminishing. Aroma of banana, clove, toasted grain, bread. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter and lightly tart. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Rich body with a pleasant/balanced aroma and taste of clove, banana, bread. Nicely done.

Can. Orange, caramel malt, and grapefruit peel/quinine aroma. Cloudy dark amber with large tan head. Moderately sweet orange, caramel malt, and moderately bitter quinine and grapefruit peel flavor. Good body - low carbonation.

Can: Pours very hazy, brown/amber, with a thick tan head. Caramel, resiny aroma. Taste is sweet toasted caramel malt, followed by pine/resin bittering. Sort of an Irish Ale/Brown/IPA mash up. Creamy and smooth. Pretty good.

Draft. Hazy amber body with a short, off-white head. Light aroma of dusty grain, caramel, floral hops, nuts. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Light taste of biscuit and caramel. Grainy malts.

Growler - Nice grains and a touch of sweetness. Clear gold with a small white head. Grains and a touch of spice. Nice.

Draft: Dark, red-brown with a small beige head. Chocolate, roasty coffee aroma. Taste is dark chocolate malt, coffee. A slightly mineral bitter finish. Pretty good, but not quite a standout.
