cask at the brewpub - Pours amber with a citrus hop and caramel malt aroma. The flavor is mild to moderately bitter with lightly roasted caramel malt and a hint of citrus. The light carbonation and smooth cask characterstics make this one go down very easy. Good beer.

draft at Mad Anthony Oktobeerfest - Pours amber with a small, very light tan head. It smells of caramel and some woody tones. The flavor is of rich, dark, caramel malt well balanced by assertive hops. It’s full bodied and softly carbonated. Good brew!

sampled at the Indiana winterfest - Pours black with a minimal tan head. It smells of chocolate and dark roast malt. The flavor is roast chocolate malt with fresh resinous hops. Medium to full body. Solid brew.
