Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a slightly yellow tinged water like clear body with a bit of legs. Aroma of weeds, dandelion, fennel, honey and must. Taste is fennel, garlic, dandelion, grape, rose, honey and anise. Syrupy, but some what thin mouthfeel for a 11.5% mead.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a light-ish, clear golden body and no real legs. Aroma is dry on the nose with caramel, cotton candy, grape and dry oak (and apple obviously). Taste is ultra dry on the mouth with vinegar and bitter apple. Syrupy consistency but a dry finish. This apple wine is obviously still, so no carbonation. The worst of Pointe of View so far.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours still and clear, with a very slight yellow tinge. Very good legs. Aroma of apple, styrofoam, and dried (unfermented) yeast that you would buy from a homebrew store, and a bit of the outside of a basketball. Taste is very sweet (probably back sweetened, given that it is a still wine), with a bit of granny smith apple tartness and a bit of a bitter apple stem finish. Syrupy and a still mouthfeel.

Bottle from theisti. Nice mix of honey and flowers in the nose. No hints of acetone or chemicals. A sweeter mead but not real heavy, just a touch of minty aceton coming in at the finish. Very pale color.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours clear and water colored with decent legs. Aroma of honey, light spice, and dry white wine yeast with a bit of yeasty cake-like aroma. Taste is honey, yeast and spice with a bit of baby wipe notes (thanks Eric for spotting that). Dryish mouthfeel.

Pours with no head or carbonation, clear with a light greenish, golden tint. Aroma of baked apples, green apple and honey. Good cyser taste with a bit of rotten granny apple, honey and a bit of bitterness. Sort of thin for a mead, but thick for a cider. It is odd, you can feel two different consistencies of liquid over your tongue.

750 ml from the Winery; Nose of currants and light amounts of honey (berries kind of outdo the mead aspects); light iron accented red color with of course, no carbonation; flavor is dominated by the currants with a light taste of honey; tastes very good and different; I like it like I liked the Redstone Juniper Mead.
