Best thing about this cider by far is the aroma which is perfumy. Everything else- flavor, body, finish, appearance is ho-hum.

From a can. This is a solid, cider that is a step up from the more common sugar bombs. Very well carbonated. Aroma has some yeast and apple, but it is not especially sweet in the aroma. Flavor has a little sourness, not overly so, and it isn’t comparable to the high end French or Canadian ciders. As a refreshing summer beverage, this is good.

Draft at Mimosa MSP. Clear pale yellow color, flat. Aroma of tart apple skin. Taste is juicy, lightly tart, dry finish.

On tap at Red Cow Edina. Pours clear with just a slight yellow hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of dry apple that lends a slight tartness. Flavor start with a bit of sweetness but is mainly tart apple with just a hint of dryness.
