Bottle thanks to John. Pours black with medium tan head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is intense roast coffee, dark chocolate, spice. Thick body, dark chocolate, cinnamon, cardamom, roasted malt, nice sweetness, boozy finish, enjoyed this.

Shared at Jim's tasting. Pitch black pour with a tan head. Tons of cold-brewed coffee, roasted malts, chocolate, light cherry bitterness, very light fruit oxidation. Smooth texture, full body, low carbonation, bittwe-sweet finish.

12 oz. can, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry cocoa, and toasted malt. Dry and toasty. Nice stuff.

On tap at Side Project, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, floral notes, and some hop oil sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, resinous oils, dry biscuity malt and a floral character. Very soft, with medium bitterness. Piney finish. Very good.

On tap at Side Project, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out lovely coffee character, light cocoa and earthiness. Flavour is lovely, with an earthy coffee upfront, espresso, and silky cocoa. A tiny bit less coffee-dominated than the Mexican. Lovely.

On tap at Side Project, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is loaded with Mexican coffee beans upfront and medium roasted malt. Flavour is complex as hell, with heaps of this Mexican coffee and moderate roast. Lovely, elegant coffee coming out here. Wonderful.

On tap at Side Project, pours a cloudy peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with floral dry hopping, with light stone fruitiness. Flavour is intensely bitter, with abrasive floral hoppy bitterness, perfume, and biscuity malt. Way too abrasive and bitter. No good.

12oz can. Bottom of can says ultraviolet as overrated 11/17/17. Black beer with small brown head. Quickly dissipating head. Aroma is strong with vanilla and other spices. Flavor is light roast and acidity with light mix of spices. A little light on body. A mild spices porter, that's it.

Tasted side by side with Mexican. Surprisingly different from Mexican. Different coffee and darker head. I liked Mexican more. More of a drier papery coffee. Flavor is a bit more acidic. I liked the Mexican coffee more.
