A burgundy red cider with a thin white head, lightly bubbly. In aroma, nice tart apples mixed with cherry jam, light flower perfume, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet apple pulp with light cherry notes, light acidity, light tannic notes, refreshing. On tap at Molly Malloys.
