Description
BadWolf Brewing Company is a family owned two barrel nano brewery specializing in small batch brews. We offer 8 beers on tap and try to provide a variety of craft beers that our customers desire. BadWolf does all grain brewing with natural ingredients and the beers are unfiltered. We are always happy to take suggestions from our customers on types of beer to brew.

BadWolf is a "Cheers" type establishment where you can sit and talk to your friends and probably make new ones while you are here. We want you to be comfortable when you are here and enjoy your time spent here. Craft classes, Books on Tap and Trivia is occasionally added to other activities occurring at BadWolf.

Well-behaved dogs are always welcome both inside and outside at BadWolf.

We are probably the smallest brewery in the area and we want to be your favorite brewery.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a semi - dark brown color close to black with a bar pour’s kind of head (slim to none). So there’s barely any lacing.
The smell was light bitter piney hops over coating a gentle roasty coffee bean aroma.
The taste was mainly roasty coffee/slight chocolate maltiness.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed appropriately styled and was pretty good to me.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good Porter I’d have again.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice hazy golden looking orange to brown color with a bar pour’s kind of head (slim but slightly there). Lacing was somewhat there and slightly clingy.
The smell had a nice blend of sweet earthy English malts with a rounded sweet apple and obscure nuttiness lightly surrounding.
The taste was mainly sweet and earthy with a light nutty caramel blend of roastiness.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat subdued with a bit of creamy softness managing to allocate an even light harshness.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good ESB for the most part.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was mainly black in color with a light brown edge around the sides. Bar pour yielded no head and no lacing.
The smell was slightly sweet with a semi-clear chocolate maltiness running underneath my nose.
The taste was sweet through the chocolate malt. It didn’t seem to carry any roasty qualities around the taste or smell.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium with a fair sessionability about it. The carbonation was there but fairly subdued.
Overall, decent stout, would I have it again, maybe if I was in the area again.

Full pint at the BadWolf Brewing 1st Anniversary party. Poured a slightly hazy orange color with some nice bubbly carbonation that ran up the side of the glass. Aroma was citrus - orange notes, lemon is there, but not dominant. A touch of oak character. Flavor had more oak notes - almost a light vanilla character, with orange. Kinda dug it a bit.

It only took like a freaking year to have this one (they kicked the keg opening night when I was just a few people back in line from ordering), but I finally did at the BadWolf Brewing 1st Anniversary party. Full pint poured a dark black color, perhaps with a touch of grey to the black tint, small off-white head sat on top. Aroma was some light citrus notes, perhaps a touch of dark fruits and a light roasted backbone to this one. Flavor was a pretty well balanced black IPA, without the malt dominating this one too badly, which was nice and pretty refreshing.
