BadWolf does all grain brewing with natural ingredients and the beers are unfiltered. We are always happy to take suggestions from our customers on types of beer to brew.

We want you to be comfortable when you are here and enjoy your time spent here. Craft classes, Books on Tap and Trivia is occasionally added to other activities occurring at BadWolf.
Well-behaved dogs are always welcome both inside and outside at BadWolf.
We are probably the smallest brewery in the area and we want to be your favorite brewery.

At the source. Poured a very dark brown color, almost black color, small wispy off-white head. Aroma was nice milk chocolate notes. Slight bitterness, though mostly a nice chocolate milk-like note.

Draft at the source. This one poured a medium dark brown color with a slightly hazy look to it, with a small tan head atop. Not nearly as thick as I expected for an imperial stout. Aroma was roasted grains, some grain - oats. Flavor was light oats, with roasted notes. I was hoping for a bit more here.

Draft at the source. This one poured a pretty undercarbonated, murky yellow/orange color with no head.Aroma was citrus, sweet light malts. Flavor was citrus, sweet malts, mostly crisp, but not really a true Kolsch. Highly drinkable.

Had this at their grand opening party, June 19th 2013. This one poured a vibrant, orange color with a small wispy white head. Aroma was a nice tropical fruit one, from the sorachi hops. This needed a bit more funky spice note to it, but it was good enough to hope it’s on tap when I return the next time I make it down to them.

Had this at their grand opening party, June 19th 2013. Poured a slightly cloudy dark yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was sweet malts, some citrus notes, light floral character. Clean, but like most golden ales, it just sits there and is what it is.
