Pour this pounder can from total wine into a glass and you get one hellacious looking brew, no kidding. Nitro looking cloudy pale with a middle of some kinda chunks all topped with a creamy head that looks tremendously appealing. Slight orange nose, but that's about it on the olfactory. Unfortunately, the flavor does not live up to the aroma nor the visual presentation. Yes, you can tell its a wheat ale and its rudeness is quite subdued, but it still is a wheat ale. In the middle the orange flavors try to come thru, and the vanilla beans? Not sure where to find them. Yea, the flavorings do a good job of covering the wheat ale attributes and in the middle, I am getting somewhat satisfied with the session. One of the better wheat ales I've had lately, too bad its most likely gonnah be styled as a fruit beer. There is a lot of improper styles in the fruit beers and the the wheat ales. As a wheat ale, its not as good as Tap Room No. 21 Moe's Backroom Wheat but its as good as Great Lakes Crushworthy Lo-Cal Citrus Wheat: Orange and Lemon, and a bit better than Leinenkugel Honey Weiss Bier.

On draught at Getaway Brewing. Clear golden pour with a medium frothy bright white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Grassy hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

On draught at the taproom. The beer is a cloudy dull yellow color with a medium off-shite head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of grassy hop, tangerine and roast malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at the brewery pours out amber copper color topped with a sand head. Nose is nice spice notes some citrus hops and a little bread. Taste is more of the nice spice notes citrus hops and grain.

On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet citrus fruit notes some pine and a nice light malt. Taste is more of the nice hop combo and a well-balanced end.

On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice weed notes some pineapple and a little tartness. Taste is more of the nice sweet pineapple some weed and a nice tart kick.

On tap at the brewery pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet chocolate roast malts some caramel vanilla and some coffee. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla coffee.
